Gabriela Teixeira

I sit at the intersection of strategy, operations, and data — turning complex GTM challenges into scalable, measurable systems.

With a career spanning Wellhub (formerly Gympass), 99/DiDi, and Cobli, I've built revenue funnels, designed sales methodologies, launched global enablement programs, and led cross-functional projects across Latin America, Europe, and beyond.

My work connects the dots: from TOFU pipeline strategy to AE training frameworks, from ROI models to VP-level scorecards. I care deeply about operational excellence — the kind that actually sticks on the ground.

Outside of work, I volunteer as a running guide for athletes with visual impairments through Achilles International — a practice that has shaped how I think about trust, communication, and pacing in everything I do.

Led global go-to-market projects across the full revenue lifecycle — from pipeline generation to enterprise funnel redesign. Partnered with CRO and regional VPs to align cross-functional teams across 13+ countries.

  • Designed and launched a full Revenue Funnel Revamp, standardizing qualification criteria and stage definitions across ENT and SMB segments globally.
  • Built and rolled out the Revenue Ambassadors Program — a cross-functional enablement initiative spanning Sales, SD, CS, and WE teams.
